New patch with smaller fixes, before the bigger patch hits next week.

Here are some of the most important changes:

• A lot of bug fixes including issues with the UI, drawing and selecting cards
• Two new cards, 'Particle Cannon' and 'Weapons Charged!':

• New victory screen, but still missing some sfx
• A couple of new and cheaper equipment cards
• Improved difficulty, enemies are more aggressive now!
• Keyboard controls: Select card using number keys 1 to 5 and SPACE to skip turn
• New assets and combat gfx, but still a lot left to do...

That is all, expect bigger changes next week with version 0.2.0!
