Happy new year!

This is the first update of 2020, with some minor fixes, card changes and a couple new cards and equipment are introduced.

This is the last version before 0.3.0 that will bring a new playable ship, new enemies and more!

Here is a list of the changes:

• 3 new cards and a new mechanic "Ignite"

• New UI icon indicating when a ship is on fire
• New equipment "Xyntho Dradis", that gives +1 range in map visibility.
• New Planetary event, with some still work-in-progress ui and art
• Last Resort has been nerfed, with shields given reduced to 10.
• Special Circumstances now costs 4 energy
• Photon Torpedos now have "Ignite 3"
• Critical damage for the first boss has been reduced
• Rules added to in-game menu
• Fuel offers from a trade encounter have been increased
• UI improvements on the equipment tab and other places
• Several small bugs fixed and probably some more were introduced...
